Sign Up for freeCombiTrip offers a variety of API’s at very low pricing. Please use the below table to find the credit usage per API. Subsequently you can pick a plan depending on your expected usage. You can choose your own payment term from 1 month up to 12 months. Please make sure to pay in time before your term is finished (we will remind you with an email), because if your paid term is finished and isn’t extended in time the plan will automatically switch to a free plan with 500 credits.

We accept the following payment methods:
- Select annual payment for annual billing, otherwise payment is monthly. Prices do not include VAT. Automated invoicing and payment via credit card or debit advice.
- The Free package is for non-commercial usage only. It has a limited credit count per minute, a limited set of vehicle profiles and cannot use the flexible mode (ch.disable=true).
- Limits: a maximum of 10 requests per second with up to 1000 credits per minute (c/min) are possible for the Premium package. For the standard package 2 requests per second with up to 400 c/min are possible and for the Basic package the maximum is 1 request per second with up to 100 c/min. Requests that violate the limits might be blocked to provide a stable service for all customers. The Free package carries no guarantees.
- The SLA is 99.5% availability within each month. If the SLA reaches less than 99.5% availability (but more than 99%), we apply a 10% discount. If it reaches less than 99%, we apply a 50% discount. Higher SLA requirements can be arranged for Custom packages.
- All packages include free online support, software updates and a minimum of one weekly OpenStreetMap data update. All paid packages include email support. Premium packages include telephone support. For a Custom package, a dedicated support is available for purchase. Contact us for more information.
