My husband would love this for dinner! I can't wait to make this again! I made this for dinner tonight but had a few changes. In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining milk and cornstarch. Once leftovers are gone (it makes more than 4 people can eat---2 servings each--at once) by a day or two later I am wondering if it's too soon to cook it again. Also- I used whole wheat pasta and it was just as tasty as the white stuff. I just used raw and added into the mix when it was ready for the oven.
