The other staff from waiters to bartenders were just amazing. band was thrilled with Isaac as his groom attendant as well. They even packaged food for us to take home!! Also, they provide unique options- like an after party (which was so fantastic and our guests loved) and even a bakery for guests to take home pastries (which were absolutely delicious)! The venue and the staff are impeccable! I wish I knew all of their names, Max is who I dealt with a few days prior to the wedding and the day of. This venue has the most beautiful grounds, awesome parlor space for cocktail hour and elegant grand ballroom. I was so cold from being outside and taking pictures, she warmed blankets and got me hand warmers to keep me warm! We decided to take the family style menu which was food Galore! Ashley and G were fixing my lipstick, handing me and my husband a new drink whenever we turned around, making sure we were eating. Some of my guests were almost in tears because they were so excited and happy to bring home pastries as wedding favors. The venue was under construction when we booked it over a year ago and we are so pleased with how everything turned out! They even made sure the parents were happy. We cant wait to be invited to another party here!!! During the reception planning, we have never felt alone as we always had support from Max (Director of Sales) and Mikheil (Maitre d). What I loved the most is that Barry did not make me feel like I was just another wedding. Allan and his staff truly know how to treat their clients and give them a world class experience. SO FUN! I always wanted to have my wedding at the Crystal Plaza. I wish there was one thing that I can specifically recommend, but the truth is it was all SUPERB! She helped with everything from dabbing my nose with qtips, massaging my arms with lotion, tying ribbon around my robe when I forgot my belt, helping me get in and out of my dress, holding my train every step of the way. The sushi station, raw bar, guac station with tequila shots (inside a hollowed out lime), the miso cod, the short ribs, the mini hot dogs, the mini burgers, the grilled cheese & tomato soup, I could go on and on. We knew we were in great hands the second we met him. Luckily we were still able to take pictures in the gardens earlier in the day which are full of colorful flowers, lots of greenery, a gazebo and a fountain. 
I cannot thank the Janoff family and the Crystal Plaza team enough for making our day everything we had ever dreamed of! The living area/bar was huge and looked great for our cocktail hour. The grounds crew quickly set the garden for our wedding, and they did an amazing job. To any future bride and groom just leave their trust in the most capable hands of the Crystal Plaza for your day that was meant to be! The foyer was inviting with lots of natural lighting from the windows. Nella and her team our so outstanding and made sure everything ran as smoothly as possible while keeping our wants and needs for the wedding in mind. The bridal suite and the groomsmen vault truly saved the morning. Thankfully, due to the vaccine, the virus has been contained and we saw a light at the end of the tunnel. It was with great pleasure that I contacted Allan Janoff to arrange for our younger daughter's wedding. his groomsmen is amazing! Marco was our day of point person, I can not say enough about his attentiveness. The bridal suite is huge (the biggest in NJ) and has everything you could want from food and drinks all day to lockers for each girl, massage chair, countless mirrors and a full service salon. Cocktail hour was the biggest I have ever seen and our guests still talk about it to this day. Again, thank you Max Janoff and the Crystal Plaza! We cant thank the Crystal Plazas staff enough for the excellent job they did!! Little snack foods for all the tipsy friends. You delivered all of your promises to us and much more! They were there all day if we needed them, but were not intrusive at all. Throughout the reception we were never unattended. We are deeply grateful to Allan Janoff and his wonderful team!! Constantly delivering new concepts! Issac was equally as attentive to any requests we had.Crystal plaza made our day absolutely magical. The 60ft skylights and lit up marble walls set the perfect ambiance for our ceremony, and all the guests were happy with AC. Everyone is raving about our wedding, all we wanted was to have the best wedding ever, and CP delivered. The bridal suite was INCREDIBLE. Putting together an Indian wedding within 20 days was almost impossible, but I am eternally grateful I chose this venue because only they could have made me feel so calm and at ease during the entire thing. Everything was perfect and I cannot recommend this venue enough. The grand ballroom was exquisite, and the new ceremony room was beautiful. Five Stars are not enough to rate the Crystal Plaza (truly a magical place where your dreams come true). We almost had to drag the boys out of there to take pictures. The staff at Crystal Plaza made our wedding day beyond wonderful!! We also went home with the left overs from this. They made sure we were able to eat everything we wanted from the cocktail hour in our own private suite before going out to greet our guests.

There is a 100 year tradition in fine catering which permeates the walls in this place. Starting off the day, my husband and I spent it inside our respective suites with our bridal party, and they were in shock and awe with how beautiful everything was. Max and team recommended the best way to set up the reception and their thoughts on the best timeline for the night and I am so happy I took their advice. Every inch of this place is detailed, spotless, and gorgeous. They are hands down the best service at a wedding venue I have ever experienced.

Ready without food l, water and cold towels to cool us off while sweating! The wait staff and bartenders provided exemplary service. We looked at other venues that had multiple ballrooms, but what made the Crystal Plaza so amazing was that the entire venue was just for us to enjoy.

Besides the service, our guests have raved about the food- and we know how good it is because the Crystal Plaza staff brought us every single dish to try, including the cocktail hour food (and a Caesar salad for me because it is my favorite even though we chose a different salad for our guests!!).

I researched every wedding venue in Central, Northern, and Eastern NJ and by pictures alone, I knew the Crystal Plaza AMAZING! Its just a gorgeous wedding venue that knows how to balance elegance with drama in its dcor. We had 2 shot carts on the dance floor this got everyone loosened up. Fast forward to the big day- it was BEYOND amazing! G made sure my husband and I got to try every food choice possible that we requested, even having the chef perfectly cook the lamb chops right before cocktail hour for my husband to enjoy before we went down! Iris was so detail oriented I did not have a worry in the world about the little things - and she has the most calming energy. The venue had a warm and elegant feel to it which is something we desir Our wedding was just two nights ago (December 30, 2018) and the first thing I wanted to do post wedding was RAVE about this venue. From the minute we walked in for our tour we were intoxicated by the smell (The Crystal actually smells like the 1 Hotel in South Beach). The cake was delicious and they made an exact replica of a photo I showed them from Pinterest! What ultimately led us to choose Crystal Plaza was Hunter's genuine personality and that no vision was too big for him to execute. Mikheil was reachable, day or night. We also had many small details and personal touches that we wanted to incorporate and they were able to execute on all of those ideas, including a special display with our favorite wine. We knew it was the one. Not only that, we were all served breakfast while getting ready and had staff helping as early as 6am. When you told them from day one not to worry about a thing and trust you - that was an understatement. Would highly recommend!! Cocktail hour my god amazing. To Ashley (Ash) and G and manager Leslie - our amazing attendants - youre the best! The most perfect venue! There was also the Salon that doubled as an indoor ceremony space and a master bridal suite. The staff was attentive, caring and most importantly made our night completely stress free. It was clearly THE BEST DAY EVER!!! Special kudos to Vinny, my son-in-law's butler, and Shay, my daughter's bridal attendant. I cannot recommend Crystal Plaza enough!! The food is incredible, the decor is unique for each station, the service is unmatched! He made sure every part of the evening (cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc) happened on time and got each person where they needed to be. Max and team knew exactly how to take the extras a step further. Leslie did EVERYTHING for me from spoon feeding me mac n cheese, to helping change dresses and use the restroom, to keeping my drinks full and patting my neck and shoulders down with a cool damp towel while on the dance floor! I would give 10 stars if I could!!!
