Best regards, MEININGER Budapest team, Good hotel but you need to accept 2 things if you go there, + Very nice 3 star hotel in the center of the city (you can travel anywhere easy and fast, on foot, tram, metro, bus, trolleybus, taxi, electric scooter (s lime, bird) + Nice lobby and clean with modern design + 60mbps internet wifi free of charge (but without security) + Very good breakfast (ham, salami, cucumber, tomatoes, peppers, pineapple, peaches, chocolate, cereals, pressed cheese, sausages, omelette, apples, yogurt, coffee, milk, tea, etc) + 3 elevators + card control acces + big underground parking + coffee shop near the reception + large minimalist room, modern design with view at the Danube, citade + big bathroom + large comfortable beds + non smoking hotel (you cannot smoke in the balcony either) - room cleaning was not made during our stay (4 nights); when we were, visiting (between 8:00-15:00) nobody came to clean our room and to take the trash; one day a cleaning lady came at 15:30 knocking on our door when we were sleeping/resting (maybe because we were at the seventh floor room cleaning was made in the afternoon (15:00-18:00) when we were sleeping with the do not disturb sigh on the handle - lights in the room are weak; the only strong ligths are the bathroom and near the room door - the underground parking is dirty (with trash on the floor and liquids spilled and dried there for a long time), walls full of scratches, elevator very dirty, Dear Muresan P, thank you very much for your balanced and fair review of MEININGER Budapest.
