Also, are you experiencing this if you connect the sound bar to another TV? When I switch on it used to come up arc this does not happen now tv sound great sound bar no sound ? Sound changes all the time from 1 station to ano. recently sound comes and goes during movies, Netflix,tv. Worked well in my condo. Additionally, test other buttons on the sound bar to make sure the issue isn't with just one specific button. Alternatively, ensure that the batteries currently in the remote control aren't loose. I have a Samsung tv as well. My sound bar is stuck on VOLMAX and I can't figure out how to change it. When it's working it sounds great! Does the same time with the blue tooth . Update the firmware on your Samsung TV and try activating the SoundShare feature again. Samsung 3.1. Our speaker works via Bluetooth, center speaker on my sound bar doesn't work. That would be one starting point. Lost the sound to the samsung sound bar tried everything unplugging switching of, nothing works? My sound bar stopped playing sound, and only is displaying a search option. Try switching between different modes on your TV and try using SoundShare again. From there you would need to connect one end of another HDMI cable to the HDMI OUT on the speaker, and the other end of that cable to the HDMI IN on the TV.
Soundbar was working just fine, but volume dropped suddenly and the words "BT Ready" started running across the small soundbar wimdow. I hope that helps. Do you have another TV you can connect it to? You should have a clear path between the two devices. If the batteries in the remote control are loose, re-seat them and try again. What does that mean? Maybe the device you were listening to connected to another Bluetooth device you were paired with and dropped your sound bar.
Any help? Did I blow the speakers not sure since I only had it at volume 8. I cannot get the volume to stay on. Changed to Direct TV and now we are getting low thump sounds when TV is on or off. I have a Samsung 6000. Is there a way to adjust it so the sound is the same all the time? For example, you'd need to connect one end of an HDMI cable to the HDMI OUT on your video device, and then connect the other side of that cable to the HDMI IN on the audio device. Some commercials are softer, but not all. If you find yourself pushing any of the physical control buttons located on the Samsung sound bar and those buttons aren't responding, you may be experiencing an issue with static electricity. HI, as of yesterday our soundbar is also stuck on volmax. Ensure there are no objects between the remote control and the Samsung sound bar. It usually syncs up after that. It is awful since the move into my new home. If you're routing a video device through the sound bar and to your TV, ensure that all of the cables are firmly connected and also that they are connected to the right place. How do I change this? Just because there is a SoundShare button on the remote control for your audio device doesn't mean your TV supports it. I'm tired of continually turning the sound up and down. If the left and right speakers on your Samsung sound bar sound like they're reversed, there's a good chance you got the wires crossed at some point when you were hooking things up.
