I am a single mother w/o transportation and do not get to be as active as I want to be in my Catholic faith, they did not judge, but welcomed my child into our faith! Unfortunately December is the close of an era, I love my church. I felt so at home my first time i went everybody is so friendly.The choir is awesome!! The program and ushers were wonderful. way better than my current church. I reached out years ago to 42 churches in the Charlotte area and this church answered my prayer.
I didn't know the people, which I found interesting since I'm been attending this church for twelve years. You all have the choice not to listen to this teaching and the proof is in the pudding so to speak. Nice message but the band plays at a volume that is uncomfortable and ear splitting. The interior of this church has been tragically remodeled. I watch from Columbus, Ohio on my iPhone. Feels even wrong to rate churches, but because I want to support this local church and tell others of how welcoming and Bible-centric it is, I decided to write. I go to this church so I'm can't help but be a little biased, but the people here are the nicest people I've ever met. Everyone was very kind. The church is centered around money and their use of money on themselves. Members of our family are active in the children's music ministry, Sunday school (children and adult), New Parent Visitation Team, Wired for Ministry, 12:12, and a Wholly Moms small group that focuses on working moms. The interior is beautiful, and the speaker system one of the best I've heard in a small church. A new group of people are in this church now and are not following the mask mandate and are going to the church with COVID-19. Beautiful, historic space in the heart of Uptown, sharing the grace and mercy of Christ in word, thought, and deed. They love each and everyone that attends the church. You will see His Word from a more balanced and original position. If you search for generic, aggressive, rock concert show ambience this is the place to come; if you search for reverent congregational worship fit for Christ I would not recommend this place, yet solely for the service Pastor Munros preaching is well worth the wait. Its a great show concert and hot chocolate, We have enjoyed this church for many years. I love our new church.
They also have a beautiful chapel for adoration and private prayer! It is the most loving, caring community I've ever seen. The bench seats were comfortable & the rows were slightly elevated so you could see the stage from anywhere you sat! Pastor Scott is truly an anointed man of God. The vibe is upbeat. We love our pastor who cares deeply for our church and our city and who faithfully preaches the word of God and we love our fellow church members who are friendly and help carry out the ministry of the church. My wife and I moved from FL to NC last year and we have made New City our home. The girl scouts there all show up for girl scout Sunday. Also, it gives a great deal of information about everything anyone would like to know. The service i went to it was very nice, the people's belong to the church was very nice.. Covid protocol in full effect. We would love to come along side you in your spiritual journey! My low rating stems from the fact that about half of the attendees were not wearing masks even though the church required that they do so. In fact, they are already eight years old and has a congregation of over 200 members. The interior is beautiful, with classic stained-glass windows, wooden pews and ornate statues. Lots of folks attend here that have been doing so for years. Loving childrens programs. There is a traditional service early and a contemporary service. The message preached was spot on. Excellent preschool for the young ones, with a staff that is devoted to caring for and educating your children. Would definitely recommend a visit and taking the jump to join a group (it can be scary at first, but so worth it). Pastor Kelvin runs the church with a spirit of excellence and O especially love the diversity . wonderful church. I found this church through a friend. Attended a wedding here and was struck by the wonderfully still and quiet sense of the grounds and the sanctuary, despite being just a few feet from one of Charlotte's busiest cross-town thoroughfares. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting the pastor and a large group from the congregation at Common Market Southend on a random weekday night. MY BODY MY CHOICE! Outstanding worship time and prayer times. Once you hear the undiluted Word, you will change for the better or walk away. The musical team is phenomenal in leading praise and worship. Please come and see for yourself. The guy that played the cello was pretty bad but that wasn't the church's fault. Love the pastor and my fellow Christians. Being a Christ centered school is a bonus that we love.
My brother would have approved! Christ centered, bible believing, community loving church. While we have heard feedback that church on Sundays can seem a little stuffy and formal, I would say to just come on in and meet the people and listen to the messages from our pastors. They were some of the kindest, most free-spirited people I have ever met. The only place I can trust in terms of safety, nutrition and education. It was a great service so the hour & a half drive there was worth it for us! HORRIBLE church custodian for a wedding. Multiple pastors came to see me when I was hospitalized for a week. All the evidence I have seen both in my life and the lives of people this ministry has touched show Arthur is hardly a cult leader. Moreover, they are devoted to live teaching, video teaching, and team teaching at each of their New City locations, which implies that at designated times in each location. What I mean by that is that he is who he is - a sinner saved by the Grace of God.

After having been and worked in several Christian churches up and down the East coast and Canada - I love this church. I love SouthPark Church and my church family. The greeters are very welcoming. Very skilled musical team, which can make it feel like a performance at times, but avoids distraction and brings out the beauty of the songs, and in turn, the beauty of the God we worship. We are 100% behind the new development are are so happy that our church is able to adapt to the changing dynamic of the SouthPark area. It is a large parish and has 6 rectors/associate rectors. A great place to call home, and the people are friendly and the truth from the bible is preached. When any group or individual is need, they are there to help. Soft preaching. They believe one in God, who manifests himself in three forms: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and are guided by the Bible, which is Gods inspired Word, in their daily life. My church starts at 1pm Oasis Christian Fellowship i always feel the anointents over the house of the of God. They appear to have a nice outreach for the needy. Volunteers are super friendly and the Pastors genuinely care for you as an individual. Bible based preaching. This is a historic church by address only. I have been a member for awhile. Kids (youth and teen) ministries seem to be well led, and the kids themselves are open and accepting. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the worship. We love the kids ministry!
People were kind. On the other hand, with its current senior pastor Robert Welch, this church does several beautiful activities alongside Bible Studies and Masses. We love love love our church! This church stands apart from the other churches in Charlotte NC, by adopting non-traditional values and bringing new ways to connect to the Lord. Not overly showy or over the top, just loud enough, passionate and spectacular enough to facilitate worship without boring you or making you deaf or feeling like it's a concert. I love the heartbeat of this church! The fellowship is good. This church is solid on all fronts, and has been an exceptional example in training pastors who then took over other churches, both from their own pastors and from their congregation. What can a google review of the church really say? The church is open, despite CoVid, with every other pew open and social distancing in effect. Thank you St. Paul Baptist Church for a wonderful homegoing service for Thomas Falls. But I overheard multiple people talking about how rude this one lady was to them. And mu child is happy to go there every day. The churchs famed Faith Forum is a part of their educating program and initiative where Reverend Edens brings on leaders, entrepreneurs, thinkers, authors, and many other personalities to talk about issues like parenting, racial equality, climate change, among many more. We love their children's programs, young adult/young parents programs, and their small groups.
