Having a grenade for every bather is good, not necessary but good. Since melee is the only ability that will double empower the player needs to lead with a grenade kill then a melee kill to receive the Empower x2 buff. Dunemarchers exotic leg armor for Titans has undergone so many nerfs that it is now ridiculous. I used to run hallowfire but synthoceps have been god tier in pve after the buff. It is entirely possible to clear out large amounts of enemies using nothing but Ballistic Slam and Thundercrash. Generally add spawn portals, otherwise Synthoceps all the way. I use hallowfire heart so I get my grenade back quickly. While using One-Eyed Mask might require a bit more skill than Synthoceps and Dunemarchers, few have lived to tell the tale as a potent user of this exotic headgear. This helmet simply has so much raw power packed into it.
If you like bottom tree Phoenix Cradle is the better choice but if you decide to go either of the other skill trees than you cannot go wrong with Hallowfire Heart. This Exotic has everything you would want if you enjoy using the Sentinel Shield Super. Taking damage while wearing this will grant you a Vengeful buff that marks the target. SYnthocepts is generally the best general exotic for titans in pve, simply because it boosts both melee range, damage, as well as super damage, when you get biotics activated.
